We are not a traditional standard fastener manufacturer by cold forging, though we add > 60% value in our inhouse manufacturing facility to the fasteners sale price. We do produce special fasteners (mainly nuts), whereas the standard forged fastener blanks we procure from our trusted local (next to our factory)  as well as international suppliers. While we are 100% export oriented unit, we can import the fastener blanks without any import/anti-dumping duties to our factory for valuation & re-exports.

Why Fastener supplies are in hand of traders: 

It is evident that any project/assembly would easily require few dozen type & size of fasteners, Moreover the project/product designers elect the fasteners out of hundreds of type of fasteners based on their specific advantages & economy. Further on the designers are now using more and more non-common type of fasteners, higher strength classes (like 8.8, 10.9, 12.9) & stringent requirement of rust preventive platings (like Zinc flake plating, Zi-Ni platings) because of increased requirement of performance life guarantee, product liabilities with intensive economy considerations. Which is a natural reason why the basic fasteners manufacturers are not able to qualify as prime suppliers.

What we do

as per strength class requirement, We specify the raw material to be used for fasteners forgings. While production, we make sure to trease the raw material used by raw material manufacturer’s heat coad & mill TC (which is required in our quality documentations).

We specify the right dimensions as per specifications & monitor thread quality to avoid cutting corners otherwise done by low cost manufacturers.

After procuring the right forged blanks we let heat treatment done as per our specifications to achieve the right strength class (by end of 2020 we would be undertaking the heat treatment in-house, as our backward integration strategy).

Even after going through various quality control steps & guide lines at supplier’s end, we undergo intensive quality checks at our end by using our in house quality testing facility.  Every batch of fasteners would undergo: dimensional, mechanical, Hardness,  strength class & torquing tests. The test results are documents to make avilable to customers on their need.

In recent days, The Rust preventive plating have turned a most important part of the fasteners supply. We undertake the platings (Zinc, Zinc-Nickel & Zinc Flake) in-house with highest international quality standards.  We assur anti-corrosive property: Tested by Salt Spray test (SST) Life against Red Rust as per ISO 9227 or ASTM B117

The most important part of our supply is to pack the parts with appropriate labelings (marking/barcode as per customer need), as agreed packing size & type + supply as kit.

Our customer not only benefit by having best competitive international price of our supply, but also that we are very quick to supply the fasteners because we carry >1000 tons of ready stock + we enjoy benefit of location having quite many suppliers in our vicinity.
